Privacy Policy

This privacy policy ("Policy") explains the information we collect, how we use and share it, how to manage your location controls and your rights in connection with our related mobile application (“NiceFish”, “Mobile Application”) and services (collectively, the “Services”). Please also read our Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) which sets out the terms governing the Services.

This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Bradley Rogerson Limited ("Bradley Rogerson Limited", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Mobile Application and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

Collection of information

We will not collect any personal information that directly or indirectly identifies you nor will we collect any information about how you use the Services, application usage analytics, etc while using our Services. If, however, you wish to contact us using the features in the Mobile Application “Support Request” or “Improve this Listing”, you will be asked to provide email address contact information.

Use of information

We use your email address contact information if you contact us by email, so we can respond to your support requests and comments.

Location Information

We will also ask your permission to access Geolocation data such as latitude and longitude but this is only for display within the app and to improve the overall user experience. We do not track or store your device location information.

Managing Your Settings

Location access

We provide you the option to manage or alter your location access from your phone’s settings page.

Aggregate Information

We do not sell your personal information. We will not aggregate the information you and others make available in connection with the Services or post it publicly or share it with third parties.

Privacy of children

We recognize the need to provide further privacy protections with respect to Personal Information we may collect from children and take many special precautions to protect the privacy of children. We do not require any Personal Information from them at any time. We encourage children to consult with their parents before submitting any information to any online resource . We believe parents should be involved in the online activities of their children and suggest that parents do their best to provide their children with a safe and friendly online environment.

Legal Requirements

We may preserve and share your information with third parties, including law enforcement, public or governmental agencies, or private litigants, within or outside your country of residence, if we determine that such disclosure is allowed by the law or reasonably necessary to comply with the law, including to respond to court orders, warrants, subpoenas, or other legal or regulatory process. We may also retain, preserve or disclose your information if we determine that this is reasonably necessary or appropriate to prevent any person from death or serious bodily injury, to address issues of national security or other issues of public importance, to prevent or detect violations of our Terms & Conditions or fraud or abuse of Bradley Rogerson Limited or its members, or to protect our operations or our property or other legal rights, including by disclosure to our legal counsel and other consultants and third parties in connection with actual or potential litigation.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Policy or its terms relating to the Mobile Application and Services from time to time in our discretion and will notify you of any material changes to the way in which we treat Personal Information. When we do, we will post a notification in the Mobile Application. Any updated version of this Policy will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Policy unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Mobile Application and Services after the effective date of the revised Policy (or such other act specified at that time) will constitute your consent to those changes. However, we will not, without your consent, use your Personal Information in a manner materially different than what was stated at the time your Personal Information was collected.

Acceptance of this policy

You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Mobile Application and Services you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to access or use the Mobile Application and Services.
